Having a hard time squeezing exercise into your day?
This class is for you!
Improve your overall health with these carefully designed exercises taught with joint and muscle protection incorporated in the educational design. Learn exercises you can do throughout your typical day such as while you’re sitting at your desk, washing dishes, even lying in bed.
Tuesdays 11:30 AM- 12:30 PM Live at Yoga Space
$15 per class in person wearing approved mask and following strict Coronavirus guidelines including very limited class size
Thursdays 11:30 AM- 12:30 PM Online Livestream
$10 per class for Online Streaming

***This class is not appropriate for anyone with unstable or complex medical issues, acute injury, or significant pain. Individualized Physical Therapy (PT) would be more appropriate in those and other cases in question. This is not PT as it is not geared to any individual’s needs. Please ask your primary medical practitioner to screen you prior to taking this class.
